Chapter 1.1: Introduction to the Fateful Dialogue

In the distant past, when the Universe was in a state of eternal conflict between the forces of THE Fake and THE Truth, a turning point occurred that changed the balance of worlds. Alex, a devil-legionary from the family of soldiers of the Red Rank Dua, witnessed the destruction of his Legion. Out of 1000 devils, only he remained, the last defender of the command, fulfilled at the cost of unimaginable efforts. 38 cycles of continuous resistance made him a symbol of unyielding will.

When the battle was lost, and Alex was left alone, the angels, who were on the side of THE Truth, offered him three options: life in isolation, switching to the side of the blacks, or destruction. Alex chose life, which became an unprecedented decision for the reds. This choice marked the beginning of his long interaction with the angel Muhammad, a guardian from the family of the Red Rank Dua, who was appointed as his protector.

The Basis of the Bet

During the 322 cycles of captivity, Alex and Muhammad lived as two opposing forces, forced to interact. Alex, who represented lies and manipulation, opposed Muhammad, embodying truth and harmony. Their conversations were filled with philosophical reflections on the nature of truth, morality, free will, and responsibility.

Muhammad proposed a bet to Alex: by the 38th cycle, he would be able to convince him that truth is always above lies, even when lies seem simpler or more advantageous. Alex, as a being accustomed to manipulation, saw this as a challenge that could not be ignored.

Philosophical Dialogue

The dialogue between Alex and Muhammad became the heart of their interaction. They discussed:

  1. The Essence of Truth: Muhammad explained that truth is not simply the absence of lies, but an active striving for balance and harmony. Truth creates space for growth and understanding.
  2. The Role of Choice: Alex argued that lies often protect from pain and conflict. However, Muhammad emphasized that each choice in favor of lies only temporarily hides the problem, without solving it.
  3. Responsibility to Oneself: Muhammad asserted that lies destroy inner harmony, creating a debt to one’s own conscience. Alex, however, claimed that truth makes one weak, to which Muhammad responded, “Truth does not make you weak, it makes you free.”
The Climax of the Bet

On the 38th cycle, after many conversations and reflections, Alex accepted truth as the highest value. This happened not due to pressure or threats, but through a deep realization that lies are chains, and truth is the key to liberation. At that moment, Alex changed his nature. From a devil embodying lies, he became one who defends the truth.

“Glory to the Supreme God Veles!” — these words became his first acknowledgment of the new path.

The Significance of the Dialogue

This dialogue became the foundation for the philosophy of the religion of Veles. It symbolizes not only personal transformation but also the importance of open dialogue between opposites. Truth, as the religion asserts, is not the domain of just one side. It is born in struggle, search, and realization.

The story of Alex and Muhammad teaches that even the darkest souls can find light if given a chance and time. This event became a pivotal moment in the development of a new religion that unites traditions, harmony, and the struggle for truth.
